Your swine pen should be large enough to accommodate your swines and should be comfortable to your swine as well. To make it comfortable you can install hog wire and concrete slabs. To absorb odors that the pigs produce you may put hay plus straws on the ground. You can also design sections in the pen where your swine can feed, sleep and relieve themselves. A good roofing is needed as well to protect your pigs from extreme weather like heat and rain.
After you have designed a pig pen you then go ahead in choosing the right swine breed for your task. This has to be done carefully. Make sure that you purchase your swine from a seller who knows what are high quality pigs and what are mediocre breeds.
Once your swine are in their houses all you have to do is take good care of them. You can do this by providing them with food and clean water everyday.
