Their back legs are strong and they use them to kick you off. So before you choose the decision in rearing rabbits they are some things that you need to know.
– There are different sizes of rabbits. They are little bunnies that may be kept in small shelters and are not great for producing meat. Then they will be the bigger ones that need a lot of space to live in. These are the rabbits that are kept for the production of meat and reproduction.
– When it comes to feeding bunnies you have to know that they are non-meat eaters, so you can not feed them meat. You must feed them chewy veggies like carrots and cabbages. You can also feed them bunnie pellets since they have a lot of nutrients which will help them germinate more powerful and healthy. A supplementary diet of hay or alfalfa may be provided to them as well.
– You should decide if you wish to keep indoor or outdoor bunnies. If you want to raise outdoor rabbits then you must ensure you offer protection for them. You must build them shelter and a safety fence. Bunnie houses must be made from steel cages or wood cages because bunnies can eat on the wood.
Raising rabbits is not the simplest thing to do but at the same time its not that difficult. Just manage them by giving them proper housing, feeding them right and also some little cuddling.
