To absorb smells that the pigs produce you may put hay plus straws on the floor. You may also design sections in the pen where your pigs can feed, rest and relieve themselves. A good roofing is needed as well to protect your pigs from extreme weather like heat and rain.
After you have designed a pig pen you then go ahead in getting the right pig breed for your task. This must be done carefully. Make sure that you purchase your swine from a seller who has found out what are high quality pigs and what are mediocre breeds.
Once your pigs are in their houses all you need to do is take good care of them. This can be done by providing them with food and clean water on daily bases.
